Kids will have a blast with fun tasks like sifting flour and kneading dough.
Food and kitchen safety are taught by singing songs and playing games.
The foundation of healthy eating is set by introducing
the children's food pyramid. The PCE method is also introduced.
An adult is required to attend the class with the child.
