Teen weekly classes range from 1 hour 15 minutes to 2 hours long. Compared to workshops and camps, weekly classes are best
for reinforcing skills and eating habits. In this weekly class program, we are able to focus on teaching technical skills
and promoting good eating habits via varied recipes. After several classes, the student will have an impressive array of
new skills and recipes. Students usually enroll quarterly (10 to 12 weeks) or monthly (3 to 5 weeks). Recipes are new every
week of the year.
Currently, we are offering 2-hour teen weekly classes in the "Dinner for 4" format. Students will learn and prepare 2 recipes.
They will bring home the entrée and a side dish. The side dish can be a dessert or an appetizer. These will be packed
with instructions and ready for cooking at home. The entree and side dish will be enough for a family of 4.
This is a great way to get them started on cooking for the family once a week.
